How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch from Sydney within 48 hours on business days — up to 72 hours in busy periods. Standard shipping is free anywhere in Australia, and express is $29.95. International rates depend on your region and are shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
What's the returns policy?
14 days for store credit, on unworn, unwashed pieces returned with the internal MERKED label and leather back tab intact. If your size is still in stock we'll exchange it; if it's sold out you'll get store credit for the full amount. We don't refund for change of mind or sizing — refunds are only for faulty or incorrect items. Email us first and we'll sort it out with you.
I'm between sizes — which do I take?
Size up for an even baggier fit. The jeans are already cut roomy through the leg and seat, without an overly low crotch. Waist adjusters let you tighten the waist by around two inches, so if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and we'll tell you straight.
My size is sold out. Will it come back?
Runs are small and sizes do sell through. Join the restock list at the bottom of any page and you'll hear before it goes public.
How do I look after the embossing?
Cold machine wash, inside out, with like colours. Hang dry in the shade.
